The Warrior Dad · Effective date: August 12, 2026 · Last updated: August 12, 2026
The Warrior Dad ("we," "us," or "our") operates The Warrior Dad mobile application (the "App"), the web portal, and the website thewarriordad.com (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
Account information: your name and email address, and a password if you register with email. You may instead sign in with Google or with Apple; in that case we receive your name and email address from the provider you choose. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, we receive the private relay address Apple generates for you, and email we send you is delivered through Apple's relay service.
Profile information: optional profile photo and profile details you choose to add.
Activity and habit data: daily habit check-ins (Morning Fire), streaks, goals, daily notes, physical standards records, and weekly mission progress you log in the App.
Community content: questions, comments, and other content you submit to community features. Questions are reviewed by a moderator before becoming visible.
Payment information: memberships can be purchased on our website and, where available, inside the iOS App.
Purchases on our website are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe shares with us the transaction status and the last digits and brand of your card so we can display your billing history.
Purchases made inside the iOS App are processed by Apple through the App Store's In-App Purchase system. Apple does not share your payment details with us; we receive transaction identifiers, the product purchased, and the subscription's status (for example: active, in billing retry, expired, refunded) so we can unlock your membership and keep it in sync.
Information collected automatically
Usage and analytics data: how you interact with the App (screens viewed, features used, session information), collected through our analytics provider (Pendo) to help us improve the product.
Device and diagnostic data: device type, operating system version, app version, and crash/error reports (collected through Sentry) so we can identify and fix problems.
Push notification tokens: a device token used to deliver notifications you have enabled — through the Apple Push Notification service on iOS, and through Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android.
2. How We Use Your Information
Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including streaks, leaderboards, milestones, and referral rewards.
Process subscriptions, free trials, and payments.
Validate and keep your membership in sync — including confirming purchases with Apple's App Store servers when you subscribe inside the iOS App, and with Stripe when you subscribe on our website.
Send push notifications you have opted into, such as morning reminders and milestone celebrations. You can change or disable these at any time in the App or your device settings.
Send transactional and service emails (e.g., welcome emails, payment confirmations, trial reminders). You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
Display your first name, streak, and score on cohort leaderboards visible to other members.
Operate the referral program, including tracking referral codes and rewards.
Understand product usage, improve features, and provide support.
Protect the security and integrity of the Services and comply with legal obligations.

Some information is visible to other members by design: your name and streak/score on your cohort leaderboard, milestone celebrations you choose to share, and community questions or comments that have been approved by moderation. Your email, payment details, personal notes, and habit details are never visible to other members.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active.
